Microsoft Teams: Assign staff and set duration for on-demand Virtual Appointments (Premium)
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature that allows scheduling administrators and staff to assign specific staff members and set the duration for on-demand appointments. With this feature, a designated staff member is assigned to the appointment and a defined duration is set, ensuring that when an on-demand appointment is requested, the appointment is handled by the assigned staff member. Furthermore, the assigned staff member receives a notification to attend the appointment. This feature is available for Microsoft Teams Premium users and is set to be released in January CY2024. It will be available on multiple platforms including Mac and Cloud Instance GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant).
