If you're a Microsoft Copilot for Sales user, you'll be pleased to know that a new feature is coming your way. The post meeting AI-generated thank you emails for customer follow-up function lets you send out a follow-up email with just one click, using high-quality AI-generated post-meeting notes to guide your message. Set to go live on November 30th, 2024, this feature is designed to enhance your productivity by providing the following benefits:

  • Improved email draft quality: AI-generated email drafts will be better aligned with the meeting's action items and notes, with an improved tone for effective customer communications. Additionally, key details such as participant email addresses will be automatically added to the To and Cc fields, streamlining the process for sending sellers.
  • Improved email draft management experience: The email draft will open up in the seller's default email client to make it more convenient for them to edit and send.
