Outlook: Name pronunciation on profile card in Outlook web and Outlook desktop
Outlook now offers users the ability to record and share the correct pronunciation of their names, helping colleagues avoid unintentional mispronunciations and promoting inclusivity in the workplace. This can be done with a simple click, allowing colleagues to listen to each other's name pronunciations with ease. This new feature is available in Outlook web and Outlook desktop, and is set to be released in preview in November CY2024, with a full release set for January CY2025. The platform is available on the web cloud instance worldwide for Standard Multi-Tenant, DoD, and GCC High. This exciting new feature fosters a more inclusive workplace and allows for easier communication and understanding among colleagues.
