OneDrive Android: Extract PDF Pages

The OneDrive app for Android now enables PDF page splitting and saving back to OneDrive. This feature began rolling out in November 2021 and is anticipated to be complete by early December. Please note that this feature is currently only available for licensed Syntex users within OneDrive for Business. To split a PDF, select a PDF file in OneDrive for Android, expand the menu bar by clicking the horizontal bar or dragging the bottom menu up, and then click Extract. Choose the page(s) you want to split and select Exact. After that, choose the location where the extracted PDF should be saved. The resulting PDF will be ready once it has been saved, and you can open it by clicking Open. Please keep in mind that some users may have access to this feature before others in your organization, and it is only available for Microsoft Syntex licensed users.

There's no need to take any special steps to prepare for this change, but it may be helpful to inform your users and update your training and documentation as necessary.

Overall, this update adds a new level of functionality to OneDrive for Android, making it simpler and more efficient for users to split PDFs and save them back to OneDrive.
