Microsoft OneDrive: PDF Annotation and Interactable Form Fields

Microsoft OneDrive now allows you to seamlessly annotate your PDF documents with hand-drawn ink and modify form fields. By using the "Edit" action in OneDrive for the Web, you can add and modify annotations with up to four available annotation types and have all modifications saved automatically. Additionally, interacting with form fields is now made easy with the option to click on a form field, make changes, and navigate using the TAB key. These updates are expected to roll out in late May 2023 for targeted release and early June 2023 for standard release.
If you're a OneDrive user, you may want to update your training and documentation to include these new capabilities and notify your users about them. With these additions, OneDrive is becoming an even more versatile tool for document management and collaboration.
