SharePoint: eSignature
With Microsoft's native eSignature service, SharePoint users can easily request electronic signatures for PDF documents from internal and external recipients. The service ensures that documents remain within the trusted confines of Microsoft during the signing process. This functionality is set to be generally available for the Android platform on the worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud instance starting November 17, 2023. For those interested in learning more, the roadmap ID is 168828 and can be found on Microsoft's official roadmap page.
For SharePoint users, this new feature is a valuable addition that accelerates document signing workflows and streamlines collaboration for both internal and external parties.
