Adobe Acrobat sign integration with Microsoft SharePoint eSignature

Admins can now enable the Adobe Acrobat sign eSignature feature for users accessing Microsoft SharePoint documents, making it easier to initiate and process eSignature requests from within the platform. By enabling this feature, users will be able to seamlessly send eSignature requests through Adobe Acrobat sign, with the signed document automatically saved in SharePoint for long-term storage. This eliminates the need for manual downloads and uploads of sensitive documents, reducing the risk of data leakage. The feature is expected to roll out in late March 2024, with completion by mid-May 2024, and is an opt-in feature that must be enabled by admins. To enable, admins can select the 'Adobe' checkbox in the eSignature section of the Microsoft Syntex settings page within the Microsoft Admin Center.
