Microsoft Forms: Allow Respondents to Edit their Responses after Submitting

Microsoft Forms has introduced a new feature that enables creators to allow edit capabilities for form/quiz respondents after submission. If the form or quiz is still open to fill, respondents can edit their answers. However, if the form/quiz is closed or removed, the responses cannot be accessed. This feature can be enabled by admins for their organization, and form owners can choose to turn it on or off for their forms. By default, the feature will be turned off for form owners who do not want respondents to edit their responses after submission. The rollout for this feature is expected to begin in early May 2023 and completed by late May 2023. Admins may want to notify their users of this update and can visit this documentation for additional information.
