Outlook: Support Pop-up Messages in Outlook that Warn/Justify/Block Emails Being sent with Sensitivity Labels

Microsoft's Outlook desktop will soon be supporting pop-up messages for sensitivity labeling, providing users with a dialogue that will give them the ability to warn, justify, or block emails being sent. This will be associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 100255 and will be rolled out in two phases, the preview phase expected to complete rollout by late March, and the standard release to be completed by late April. However, this will only impact those organizations that have configured the Data Loss Prevention policies to enable policy tips for emails with sensitivity labels. Users of the AIP UL Add-in for oversharing pop-up are encouraged to migrate their oversharing label policy to the Outlook MIP build-in. No action is required from users at this time, though Microsoft will provide updates if any action items arise.
