Microsoft Teams: Teachers can (manually) update parent data in Parent App

In an attempt to facilitate teacher-parent communication, Microsoft Teams is introducing a new feature that allows teachers to add or edit existing parent data inside the Parent app. This feature can be accessed directly by teachers inside the Parent app, and once a request to update parent information is raised, it needs admin approval before the information can be updated in the app. The feature is set to be released in December CY2023 and will be available on the web cloud instance worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant).

Overall, this update aims to streamline communication between teachers and parents, providing an efficient and effective way to manage important information.
