Email notifications for “Issues in your environment that require action”
Admins of Microsoft 365 will now receive email notifications for new "Issues in your environment that require action" on the service health page. These types of issues are unique to an organization and require admin action, rather than being caused by a Microsoft service's unhealthiness. To adjust email preferences, admins can click the "Customize" button on the service health page. The rollout of this feature began in early December and is expected to complete by late December. Ensure that your email address on file for notifications is correct by visiting Health -> Service Health, clicking "Customize", and selecting the "Email" tab.
