Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights home

Microsoft is rolling out updates to its Viva Insights platform in late June 2024 that will introduce many design improvements and new leader reports to improve the user's experience. This update will feature a redesigned home page, new navigation sections, and reports on external focus, new hire onboarding, and meeting cost and quality. Furthermore, a new report on employee engagement with leadership communications, along with a Pulse survey feature, will be added to the platform. All of these new features will be available on desktop, web, and mobile for Viva Insights subscribers. The redesign of the home page will include new cards for the new reports on meeting cost and quality, new hire onboarding, and external focus. The new Library page will enable users to access all existing reports and filter metrics by sub-organization, time periods, and peer benchmarks. The new navigation system will divide the left navigation into two separate sections, namely Team insights and Your insights. Viva Insights defines leaders as users assigned the group manager role with at least four direct and indirect reports or assigned by their admin. This update applies to Viva Insight on desktop, the web, and Android/iOS devices. No action is required from admins for the rollout.
