Viva Connections: Add Viva Pulse card to Viva Connections dashboard

Viva Connections: Add Viva Pulse card to Viva Connections dashboard

If you are a licensed user of Microsoft Viva Pulse, you will soon be able to access it directly from the Viva Connections dashboard. Admins will have to add a Viva Pulse card to the dashboard for it to be visible to users. The rollout will start from early June 2024 and be fully available by late June 2024. Once the rollout is complete, users can access Viva Pulse from the Viva Connections dashboard to send surveys and view survey results. Admins need to add the Viva Pulse card to the Viva Connections dashboard to make it available. This applies to Viva Connections for the web, desktop, Teams, and Surface devices. No admin action is required before the rollout. This update is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 394690.

Users licensed for Viva Pulse can access it through the hamburger menu in Viva Connections, the Explore more Viva apps section, or through the Teams app (Viva Pulse must be installed). To add the Viva Pulse card to the dashboard after the rollout, review the 'Edit the dashboard' section of 'Add, edit, and remove cards from the Viva Connections dashboard' on Microsoft Learn. Examples of Pulse cards that can appear on the Viva Connections dashboard are also available on the same page.

If you are an admin or operator, you may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate. The rollout will happen automatically on the specified dates, and no admin action is required before the rollout. For more information, visit Microsoft Learn and refer to Message ID: MC793649.
