Outlook Mobile: Removing the Sections view in the Feed tab

Outlook Mobile is removing the Sections view from the Feed tab as its functionality and content can now be found elsewhere in the app, namely in the vertical feed and other areas. Starting in early March 2024, and expected to last until late March 2024, this change will predominantly affect users who don't have the vertical feed enabled for various reasons - such as those in sovereign clouds like GCC and GCC High - or if admins have turned off the feed. These users can still access information on meeting insights in the vertical feed and calendar, while received and sent files are in the Files module and the People section is in Contacts.
Administrators who have turned off the feed will see it disappear entirely from the mobile app's tab bar. If an admin subsequently enables the feature again, the Feed icon will reappear in the tab bar and users will regain access to the vertical feed. Preparing for the change involves understanding the deployment of Outlook for iOS and Android app configuration settings in Exchange Online.
