Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Loss Prevention – Surface existing non-Microsoft DLP policies with the migration assistant
The Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention migration assistant simplifies the transition of existing non-Microsoft DLP policies to the Microsoft Purview DLP. The tool automatically detects policy configurations and creates equivalent policies in the new environment. Please note that the current version of the tool only supports Symantec DLP policies. The general availability release is expected in February CY2023, and the platform is web cloud-based, supported by the worldwide standard multi-tenant instance. This assistant is designed to save time and effort while ensuring a smooth transition to the Microsoft Purview DLP environment.
