Microsoft Viva Pulse: New Pulse tenant admin dashboard for users with Pulse admin access
Microsoft has rolled out a new Pulse tenant admin dashboard tailored specifically for Microsoft Viva Pulse admins. This feature enables admins to track usage metrics and ROI for the platform, with metrics such as total pulses sent, response rate per pulse and responses per pulse being made available. The new dashboard will be globally available from late October to early November 2024, with no admin action required before the rollout. The rollout aims to enhance the adoption and engagement of Microsoft Viva Pulse while helping HR and IT departments to track user telemetry effectively. As a Pulse admin, you can access the new dashboard via the Viva Pulse app or web, and manage the dashboard in the Viva Pulse admin center.
Overall, the new Pulse tenant admin dashboard serves as a great tool for not only tracking metrics but also increasing adoption and engagement in an organization.
