Microsoft Teams: In-app Teams devices store experience
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new in-app store experience for Teams devices. This means that customers can now easily discover and purchase certified Teams devices for personal or shared use cases, such as headsets, web cameras, desk phones, Teams Rooms, and more. The experience can be accessed through the Teams app, and customers can browse devices in categories or use search and filters to find the desired device. Furthermore, small businesses in the US and Canada can now purchase devices directly within Teams without leaving the app. The new feature was released in February CY2024 and is available on both desktop and cloud platforms for worldwide standard multi-tenant instances.
