Take advantage of new Viva Engage capabilities for leaders and communicators

The new Viva Engage capabilities offer leaders, corporate communicators, and employees several opportunities to improve campaigns, events, and engagement across the platform. The latest features include leader announcements and featured conversations that can be highlighted as Top Posts, sorted, and filtered. The Leadership Corner Feed Campaign discovery hub has also been updated to enhance engagement and connect employees with leaders in a personalized approach based on audiences they belong to and the leaders they follow.

The new features are available now, and admins will be prompted with a banner on the Viva Engage home feed to assign corporate communicators, identify leaders, and assign audiences beginning mid-July, driving awareness and helping admins through the configuration process. Admins can ensure effective adoption of Viva Engage premium by assigning the right service plans for both seeded and premium features, identifying and assigning corporate communicators, and identifying leaders and audiences for Leadership Corner, announcements, and AMAs.

Viva Engage is designed to empower employees and leaders to connect and engage directly and effectively, driving two-way dialogue, sharing ideas, and participating in social campaigns to drive business initiatives.
