Microsoft Teams: Net Promoter Score survey on Teams Rooms on Android
Microsoft recently introduced a Net Promoter Score survey for Teams Rooms on Android devices. The survey allows users to rate how likely they are to recommend Teams Rooms from a scale of 1 to 5, and also provides space for additional comments. The feature was released on the general availability platform of Microsoft Teams and provides insights to the developers on how to improve user experience. This feature was released on November CY2024 and is available on Cloud Instance GCC, GCC High, and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant).
