Outlook Mobile Advanced Logging
Starting from mid-August 2023 and expected to be complete by mid-September 2023, Outlook mobile users will be able to control the state of Advanced Logging by enabling it before uploading logs to Microsoft. Currently, users are unable to control the state of Advanced Logging when collecting diagnostics for Microsoft Support Agents, but this change will add a toggle in the Collect Diagnostics flow for users to enable Advanced Logging and will reset after 30 days. With Advanced Logging enabled, additional diagnostic information will be collected, helping to provide more detailed support. Admins need not take any action to enable this feature, while users may need to restart the app if the feature doesn't appear. For more information on what type of information Microsoft collects, please refer to this page.
