Microsoft Teams: Meeting options to control participants’ ability to admit attendees from meeting lobby
Meeting organizers now have more control over who can admit attendees from the lobby into Microsoft Teams meetings, thanks to new meeting options. This feature can be found in the meeting settings and provides a way to manage the participant admission process more efficiently. This option is available for both desktop and cloud users on the worldwide standard multi-tenant and GCC platforms. This feature became generally available in June CY2024, so now, users can create a more secure meeting environment by controlling participants’ ability to admit attendees from the lobby.
