Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Loss Prevention – Ending the Microsoft Purview legacy alerts ingestion into Microsoft 365 Defender portal
Microsoft is ending the ingestion of legacy alerts from Microsoft Purview into the Microsoft 365 Defender portal in order to make DLP (Data Loss Prevention) alerts and incidents more relevant. These alerts, which include things like unusual volumes of DLP policy matches or file deletions, were originally created due to standalone alert policies, but for a better experience, Microsoft recommends using the alerting toggle in the DLP policy authoring experience.
