Microsoft Copilot Studio – Easily find and use knowledge data sources

We are announcing the Easily find and use knowledge data sources feature for Microsoft Copilot Studio. Instead of having to know the precise details of specific data sources, this feature allows users to search for applicable data sources to add to agents. This feature will reach general availability on May 1, 2025. How does this affect me? Previously, selecting data sources required knowing the precise name and location of a data source, or time dedicated to locating and selecting the data source. This feature introduces a search functionality that responds to queries and returns applicable data sources. The feature is also backwards compatible with existing knowledge sources, allowing for easy integration of new data sources. What do I need to do to prepare?
