Microsoft Outlook: Emails sync to your device for offline use

Good news for frequent email users! Microsoft Outlook is introducing a new feature called the sync window, which allows users to select the number of days' worth of emails and attachments they want to download to their devices for offline access. Initially, users can choose to sync up to 30 days' worth of emails and attachments, with a limit of 2,000 downloaded messages. The feature will be available by default, and users can customize their sync preferences, while admins can set default sync settings and control whether these settings can be changed. The roll-out for this feature, which is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 189809, is expected to begin in early June 2024 and be completed by late June 2024. So get ready to access your emails and attachments even when you're offline!
