Outlook: Choose how many days of emails sync to your iOS or Android device for offline usage
If you're an avid user of Microsoft Outlook Mobile, you'll be pleased to know that you will soon have more control over the emails and attachments synced to your iOS or Android device for offline use. By setting a sync window, you can choose how many days' worth of emails and attachments are downloaded to your device, allowing you to access them even when you're not connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi. This feature is set to roll out in late December 2023 and expected to be completed by mid-February 2024. This change gives you more flexibility and control over what messages and attachments are being saved to your device, so make sure to take note of how many days you prefer to sync. As for now, the current limit is set at 90 days. Stay ahead of the game by keeping a close eye on your sync settings.
