Power Apps License Request Flow

Power Apps License Request Flow

In mid-March, managing self-service trials for Power Apps users got easier thanks to a new feature Admins can now get license requests from Power Apps users in their organization directly on their Microsoft 365 admin center homepage. If you want to access the license request page on the admin center, go to Billing > Licenses and select the Requests tab. You can review and approve/reject multiple requests from users at a time. Beginning mid-March, users will be able to submit a license request directly within the product, and the request will be routed to the admin on the Microsoft 365 admin center. This feature centralizes license requests and simplifies the process of managing them. Admins can customize a message to guide users on following the request flow or disable it, while still retaining full control over license approvals or denials. Finally, admins retain control over self-service trials and purchases, so make sure to refer to the provided guidance document for more information on enabling/disabling self-service trials.

Stay on top of license requests and address them easily with Power Apps License Request Flow. Catch the updates rolling out in mid-March.
