Outlook: Create User Profiles
Microsoft Outlook has introduced a new feature where users can create profiles to have a distraction-free experience and set boundaries within their accounts, such as customizing notifications and themes. However, users must have at least two accounts to create profiles. This new feature was released in May of 2023 and is available on the Mac platform for cloud instances such as GCC High, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), DoD, and GCC.
