Outlook: Reactions in Outlook for GCC High and DoD

Microsoft will soon enable the "reactions" feature in Outlook for customers in GCC High and DoD. This feature is already available in the world-wide multitenant version of the software. The release date for this update is slated for October CY2023 for the Standard Monthly Channel. The supported platforms will be iOS, while the supported cloud instances will be DoD and GCC High. The corresponding roadmap ID for this feature is 180188.
