Pin based verification process for support callers

As of November 1, 2023, you will be required to provide a PIN code to grant the Microsoft support representative access to your organization's account when opening and managing phone-initiated cases. The representative will send the PIN to your registered email or phone, which you will provide as verification. To ensure a smooth and expedited support experience, users can update their contact information under the Admin Center profile.
