Microsoft Lists: Be notified about new form responses on Lists
Microsoft Lists now allows users to receive email notifications for new responses to their forms. Though this feature is turned off by default, collaborators on a form can toggle the setting on to receive email alerts every time there is a new response. This feature was made generally available on September of CY2024 and is available on the web cloud instance for GCC, DoD, GCC High, and Worldwide.
