Outlook : Upload and share documents through OneDrive on large emails
Outlook now offers a solution for when a file exceeds the maximum size limit for email attachments or would push the email over the limit. Users are prompted to upload the file to OneDrive, associated with the email account, to easily share documents without compromising the email size limit. This feature is set for General Availability release in September CY2023 for iOS cloud platforms (Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, GCC, DoD). For more information, refer to the Microsoft 365 roadmap (ID 162653).
