Microsoft Teams: Content sharing and Admin controls for Teams Rooms on Android
In this post, we learn about the new features available for Microsoft Teams on Android. One of the new capabilities is the enhanced content sharing capabilities, which allows PC audio to be shared through HDMI. This feature is beneficial for IT Admins looking for control over automatic sharing of HDMI content during meetings. In addition, users can now view and add annotations to shared content when a desktop user starts a session in a meeting. Teams Premium users will benefit from support for watermark-enabled meetings to safeguard confidential information.
This update is available for the Android platform and worldwide through the Standard Multi-Tenant and GCC cloud instances. The release date is set for April CY2023, and the Roadmap ID is 119622. For more information, visit the Roadmap Link below.
