Microsoft is retiring several tenant admin cmdlets for profile photo services to ensure a consistent user profile image experience. The ExchangePowerShell UserPhoto cmdlets for tenant admins to Get, Set, and Remove user profile photos, namely Get-UserPhoto, Set-UserPhoto, and Remove-UserPhoto, will be retired on November 30, 2023. However, tenant admins can still perform the same actions using the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK or administer the user photos via Azure Active Directory or Microsoft 365 Admin Center, as described in this article. It is advised to update training and documentation in preparation for the change.
