Image input support in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot

In late December 2024, Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot users who are signed in with an Entra account will be able to upload non-animated images and ask Copilot questions about them. This feature will be available on Microsoft 365 app (Web, desktop, mobile), Outlook app (Web, desktop, mobile), and Teams (Web, desktop, mobile). Users will be able to take pictures using their mobile cameras or upload images directly to Copilot from their devices. This feature will roll out to all endpoints and users will be able to use it right away without any tenant level configuration support. Any controls in place to limit the availability of Copilot for users will be honored. Note that the quality and content of the image can affect responses.
This is a useful feature for users who want to analyze or describe images within their workflow. The post Image input support in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot first appeared on M365 Admin.
