How does this affect me? With enhanced visibility into how actions are being utilized within an agent, you can leverage analytics to drive actionable insights. The metrics provided will include action usage rate and error rate, giving you a comprehensive view of how users are interacting with actions. Additionally, there will be a detailed breakdown of errors, allowing you to pinpoint specific issues and address them effectively.
