Power Automate – Trigger attended desktop flows in picture-in-picture mode
Power Automate users can now trigger attended desktop flows in a picture-in-picture window, thanks to a recent update on the Power Automate console or cloud flow. This feature allows users to work undisturbed on their desktop while the desktop flow runs in parallel in a virtual window that replicates their desktop. Additionally, triggering a desktop flow in a picture-in-picture window is possible by adding a new field and setting the run mode to Attended. This feature can be accessed via the advanced parameters section under the action configuration pane of the Run a flow built with Power Automate for desktop cloud action. No preparation is required, and communication with Power Automate admin and users can be done as needed.
