Deactivate and delete organisations in Viva Goals

In the world of Viva Goals, IT admins and Viva Goals admins hold the power to deactivate or delete organizations from the Viva Goals Admin portal. New updates set to roll out in late June 2023 will equip them with efficient manual and automated controls to regulate organizations more effectively than ever before.

Global admins and Viva Goals admins will be able to:

• Deactivate organizations that are deemed unnecessary or unwanted
• Permanently delete organizations
• Configure settings to automatically deactivate and delete inactive organizations
• Reactive any deactivated organization within a 90-day period

To prepare for this rollout, acquaint yourself with the Viva Goals admin portal for IT admins. We recommend assigning Viva Goals Administrator(s) to manage Viva Goals policy settings for the company.
