Dynamics 365 Data Export Service Deprecation – Data Export Replacement Add-on
Microsoft has recently announced the deprecation of the Data Export Service (DES) in November 2021. While DES was a reliable tool for data export, the successor Microsoft is offering, Azure Synapse Link, has powerful features for data analysis. However, in order to address concerns and feedback around data export issues, Microsoft has also launched an alternative to DES in the form of the Data Export Replacement add-on.
With the Data Export Replacement add-on, Dynamics 365 users can now conveniently export their data to Azure Data Services or Azure Synapse Analytics. This will help provide better business insights, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities. The add-on also ensures that the exported data is fully compatible with the new Common Data Service (CDS).
This new development presents a great opportunity for businesses to invest in modern data services that can enable better decision-making and drive business success.
