Microsoft Viva: Refreshed Landing Experience for Viva Connections Desktop

Microsoft Viva is introducing a refreshed landing experience for Viva connections desktop, which transforms the way users engage with the tool. Among the new features are branding capabilities, a revamped Resources section, and a full-page feed treatment that enables inline expansion. The updated resources experience will allow users to manage a list of company links with support to add icons and images, along with URLs that showcase the company's brand and vision. The new experience is expected to roll out in two phases, commencing in November 2023. With the refreshed design, users can stay informed about important time-sensitive information through announcements that will surface under the 'Hero' section of the page. The revamped dashboard layout is intended to be more fluid, while Viva Suite links have been moved to the bottom of the experience.
