Briefing Email Enhancements: dynamic subject titles, tasks from Teams chat, and integrations with Learning

Microsoft is introducing new enhancements to its Briefing email offering, which is part of the Viva platform, aimed at keeping users up-to-date and on track. The update includes dynamic subject titles for the briefing email to provide a quick preview of values presented in emails directly from the subject line. Additionally, it will offer suggestions for tasks from 1:1 Teams chats to help users stay on top of their commitments, requests, and follow-ups. The post also mentions an integration with Viva Learning, so that users can access key information directly in their inbox. The new features will roll out incrementally starting in mid-November and are expected to be completed by the end of February 2023.
