Microsoft Copilot in Intune is available in Public Preview

Microsoft has released a public preview of Microsoft Copilot in Intune, an AI-powered tool designed to accelerate issue resolution and optimize policy settings. It assists with policy management and device troubleshooting. Copilot in Intune is an inbuilt experience within the Intune admin center offering a more satisfying user experience. The feature provides insights powered by AI, which can help resolve end-user issues faster and ensure policies and settings are configured to optimize business outcomes. Early access customers are required to transition after six months.
Microsoft Intune remains at the forefront in introducing new ways of driving technological innovation and productivity while streamlining IT and security operations. By accessing Microsoft Copilot for Security, users can learn more about how to utilize Copilot in Intune. Copilot in Intune provides insights that enable users to manage policy and device settings and troubleshoot devices more efficiently. At its current public preview stage, Copilot in Intune's capabilities include helping users with policy and setting management, device details, and troubleshooting.
If you are an early access customer within the Copilot for Security group, your program license will continue for six months from the time you started. You may choose to migrate to the generally available product experience or remain with the early access product experience. If the license expires, you will need to purchase Security Compute Units (SCUs) to continue using Copilot for Security.
Overall, Microsoft Copilot in Intune is an effective tool designed to offer efficient and optimized policy settings and faster issue resolution. It creates a more satisfying user experience, enabling organizations to streamline their IT and security operations efficiently.
