Azure Active Directory: Authenticator Lite now in Public Preview in Outlook for Android and iOS
Azure Active Directory has released the Authenticator Lite feature, which is now available in public preview for iOS and Android Outlook apps. With this feature, users can complete multi-factor authentication for their work or school accounts through the Outlook app, making security more convenient for users who have not downloaded Authenticator on their devices. However, it is recommended for users to download Authenticator for up-to-date security features. If users wish to disable the feature, they must do so before May 19th or set user include and exclude groups. This feature is set to release in April CY2023Preview date: March CY2023.
