Microsoft Intune: Device Action – Remove apps and configuration

Microsoft Intune, a cloud-based service that allows mobile device management, has added a new feature that enables administrators to temporarily remove apps and configurations from a single device and then initiate a restore. This feature is designed to quickly resolve external challenges to Intune and restore end-user productivity. The feature was released in June 2024 and is available on iOS platforms. It is offered on the Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, DoD, GCC instances of the Cloud. The feature was announced in the Microsoft 365 roadmap with the ID 397752.
