Microsoft Outlook for Mac: Updated large profile card with org chart and files
Microsoft Outlook for Mac has an updated large profile card in Public Preview and is expected to be generally available from mid-June to early July 2024. The new large profile card includes new tabs for Organization, which shows an organization chart, and Files, which shows recent files. This feature will be enabled by default for Outlook Mac users, and there is no admin action required before the rollout. The update associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 397093 will happen automatically by the specified dates. It is recommended that relevant documentation be updated and users be notified about this change. An improved large profile card will be coming soon to Microsoft Outlook for Mac.
