Microsoft Viva: Viva Engage – User-level mute
Microsoft Viva has introduced the user-level mute feature for Viva Engage. This feature will enable users to remove posts from their feeds and digests from other users (with the exception of designated leaders). It's essential to note that muting a user doesn't block notifications or at-mentions from them. Admins have the option to enable or disable this feature for their entire network. The Microsoft Viva release is set for January CY2025, and it will be available on the web and cloud platform. This new feature brings more control to the platform's users and creates a more customizable experience, making it easier to prioritize content and keep focus on the important posts.
