Microsoft Teams: Stream Custom Agent and Bot Responses

Microsoft Teams: Stream Custom Agent and Bot Responses

The latest feature added to Microsoft Teams is the ability for custom engine agents and Teams bots to stream their responses in real-time. Similar to Microsoft Copilot, these updates provide the necessary context for ongoing actions and generate parts of the response simultaneously, creating a more interactive and faster user experience. This feature has now become generally available on the Mac Cloud Instance, and it is set to debut worldwide in December CY2024. The roadmap ID for this update is 422261.

For those managing Microsoft Teams, this new tool enhances customization options, and it provides future opportunities to engage more effectively with users via chatbots and engine agents in real-time. This new feature is a game-changer for users looking for a more immersive and engaging experience when interacting with chatbots or support agents.
