Microsoft Intune: Endpoint Privilege Management rules support specifying allowable command arguments
Microsoft Intune has announced support for a list of allowable command parameters in Endpoint Privilege Management rules. This will ensure that only the authorized or mandatory arguments are allowed elevation. This latest feature is now available with the General Availability release of Microsoft Intune and can be accessed worldwide on Desktop Cloud Instances, including Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), DoD, GCC High, and GCC. The feature was created on July 9, 2024, and can be tracked through the Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 399934.
To summarize, Microsoft Intune now enables endpoint privilege management rules to specify the allowable command arguments, ensuring elevation for only the allowed or mandatory arguments, which enhances its overall functionality.
