Microsoft Outlook: Select specific text in an email and use Copilot for Microsoft 365 to rewrite it
Microsoft Outlook is rolling out a new feature, Copilot for Microsoft 365, which allows users to select text in an email and rewrite it while adjusting tone and length. The rollout of this feature linked to Roadmap ID 392327 is set to take place between late September and late November 2024 and does not require any admin action. After composing an email, users can select specific text and use Copilot for Microsoft 365 to assist with rewriting instead of rewriting the entire message. This feature is available by default and requires no admin preparation. However, it may be helpful to update documentation and inform users of the new feature.
