Microsoft Teams: Workflows in Chat
Microsoft Teams has announced a new feature that enables users to configure workflows within their group chats. The feature is expected to be generally available from November CY2023 and will be available on the web and cloud platforms. This new feature provides an efficient way for teams to streamline their workflow and collaborate more efficiently within group chats, allowing for faster project completion and improved productivity.
Teams can use this feature to create customizable workflows that suit their specific needs. This new capability is expected to be offered on the worldwide (standard multi-tenant) instance, and users can access it by following the roadmap link provided for more information.
