GA Rollout for Microsoft Edge management service in the Microsoft 365 admin center

The Microsoft 365 admin center now offers the Microsoft Edge management service, which is a dedicated and simplified management experience for Edge. This tool enables IT admins to manage group policies and extensions through a simple and intuitive UI. By using toggles and drop-down menus to set policies, errors caused by JSON value configurations can be reduced. The Edge management service resides alongside Intune and other major endpoint solutions and offers global admins and Edge admins the ability to create and manage policies and extensions and assign them to Azure AD groups via the easy-to-use UI. Additionally, the extensions tab provides access to Edge Add-ons to search for, see ratings, add, and delete extensions, as well as view user extension requests all in one location. The rollout of Edge management service has already started for general availability. To access it, users will need either Global admin or Edge admin access, and they can navigate to the Microsoft 365 admin center's settings for Microsoft Edge. This is a useful solution for managing Edge that provides quicker and simpler management capabilities.
